The TV czarina continues her tradition this year too by throwing a lavish Diwali bash for her friends and colleagues. Thanks to Ekta Kapoor we got to see B-town actors and television beauties party under the same roof. Everyone goes all out and splurges on their Diwali attires to look their best but many celebs at the party seemed to have failed so miserably at doing so that their attires were too harsh for the eye. While ethnic attire is best when simple, some celebs went overboard to bring us the worst outfits of the year.
Television’s favourite bahu, Divyanka Tripathi Dahiya, offended the fashion police again with her sheer attire. The bottle green dress with a corset on top and golden embroidery is as hideous as it gets. To add on to the misery there was a sheer layer with floor length sleeves. While Divyanka was the worst-dressed one amongst the television actors, Sonam Kapoor who led the worst-dressed celeb list om B-town’s behalf. The actress was surely not a vision in white. Sonam was seen wearing a creation by Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla which failed to work for us. There was too much going on in the attire. Right from the cold shoulder sleeves to the frills and the addition of pearls to the blouse lands this messy outfit in the worst dressed category.
