Ranbir Kapoor-starrer Sanju is all set to hit the screens tomorrow. The promos of the film have received a thumbs-up from the audience and Ranbir is garnering an unanimous positive response for his uncanny resemblance with Sanjay Dutt and his class act in the film. Expectations from Sanju are sky-high and the primary reason behind it is that the hit machine, filmmaker Rajkumar Hirani, is the man behind the vision. He always strikes a chord with the audience and his previous blockbusters, PK, 3 Idiots and films in the Munnabhai series are examples of that.
As per trade expert, Akshaye Rathi, the film has got a good amount of screens, around 4000, and should earn around Rs 30 crore on its first day at the ticket windows. The advance booking of the film has fetched a great response from the masses. Talking about the response to the film, its opening and expectations, Akshaye said, “The response in the advance is incredible as it’s a Rajkumar Hirani film. The film will open extremely well and will not only open well but it should sustain extremely well for weeks and weeks because that’s the power of a Rajkumar Hirani film. So, with this kind of response, we are definitely expecting the film to shatter many records at the box office and emerge as Ranbir Kapoor’s highest-grosser of all time. Apart from Ranbir, the film also stars talented actors like Paresh Rawal, Manisha Koirala, Vicky Kaushal, Jim Sarbh, Dia Mirza, Anushka Sharma and Sonam Kapoor.
