Aishwarya Rai Bachchan is the biggest attraction of Karan Johar’s Ae Dil Hai Mushkil that also stars Ranbir Kapoor and Anushka Sharma. The film is all set to release on October 28
Aishwarya Rai Bachchan is making a comeback with Karan Johar’s Ae Dil Hai Mushkil this month. We say comeback only because her last two releases – the tepid Jazbaa and the over the top and loud Sarabjit did no justice to her true potential. Aishwarya has nothing to prove at this stage in her career. But Ae Dil Hai Mushkil is the comeback vehicle any actress in her league would give an arm for. It’s a great looking film with a top director and a very hot cast – Ranbir Kapoor and Anushka Sharma, it also has Manish Malhotra dressing his actors up in some stunning ensembles. If there’s anything that struck us and caught our attention from the opening frame of the Ae Dil Hai Mushkil trailer then it was AIshwarya’s drop dead gorgeous looks. She just fills every frame with her presence and slays it like a queen. So why is it so important for Aishwarya to promote Ae Dil Hai Mushkil ? There are ample reasons actually, lets look at a few…

Aishwarya is the biggest attraction of the film. Lets keep it real. We know that Ranbir can act and Anushka..well..she’s alright, but Aishwarya is everything. She is the reason why ticket buyers will be lining up outside theatres. For a film marred in controversy and enough trouble, Ash coming to the rescue and promising it will be a huge respite for Karan Johar.

If she doesn’t promote ADHM it will only add more fuel to the rumors that the Bachchans have asked her to stay away from any kind of promotions. There is already enough chatter on how neither Abhishek or Big B have come out and tweeted or spoken about the trailer. In fact Mr Bachchan even denied having seen the trailer when asked at a public event. Ash coming on board the promotions means all is well and it will kill are the rumour mongering of her family not being too happy with the love making scenes.

We are dying to watch Aishwarya do some kickass interviews and also come on popular stand up comedy shows. It would be a welcome respite to see her speak about why she chose to do this film at this point in her career and what are the sort of roles that excite her at this juncture.

No Aishwarya means that the pressure of promotions lie solely with Ranbir. With Fawad out of the question, it would make sense of Ash and Ranbir along with Anushka promote and talk about Ae Dil Hai Mushkil.
