Just two more days to go for Aamir Khan’s Dangal trailer to come out and we are so looking forward to it!
After Ae Dil Hai Mushkil and Shivaay, if there’s a big release this year then that is Aamir Khan’s Christmas release Dangal. Lately we haven’t got to hear anything about the film. And for all those who have been eagerly awaiting the release of the trailer we have some great news for you. After waiting for this long, it has finally been revealed that the trailer is going to be out on October 20. Yes! It’s just two more days to go for the much awaited trailer to come out and we are already so excited! We were among the first ones to tell you that Aamir will be launching the Dangal trailer digitally across all platforms first and then attach it to the print of the films releasing on Diwali.

We bet this one is going to be a phenomenal film just like his other films. The production house of Dangal, UTV Motion Pictures confirmed the release date of the trailer on twitter. They posted, “20 Oct hai #Dangalvaar… #Dangal ke trailer ke liye ho jaao taiyaar! @aamir_khan @niteshtiwari22.”
Dangal is a biopic that stars Aamir as the male lead. He plays the role of wrestler, Mahavir Singh Phogat, who trains his daughters in wrestling. Sakshi Tanwar plays a key role in the film. The sports based drama will release on December 23this year. It has been directed by Nitesh Tiwari, popular for children’s films like Bhootnath Returns and Chillar Party. Revealing the whole story behind doing Dangal, Aamir said: “When I read the story I just loved it. This story made me laugh, cry as the script was very exciting and inspirational. I wanted to do it but I was fickle minded that I have just done ‘Dhoom 3’ and ‘PK’ and for this film Nitesh (Nitesh Tiwari, director of the film) wanted to show me as a 55-year-old man which is closer to my reality (laughs) so, honestly I had that fear. I had the fear that today when I am still doing young roles why am I getting into this old man’s role…I had to gain weight and go for grey hair so I was scared about my future and audience.”
