Priyanka Chopra has bagged yet another Hollywood film, titled ‘Isn’t It Romantic?’ Oh, but that’s not the only awesome part about this news. She will be seen alongside Rebel Wilson, Liam Hemsworth and Adam Devine! Wait, the good news doesn’t end there. In the movie, PeeCee will play a yoga ambassador. Now, how cool is that? Pretty cool, we’d say. The romantic comedy has gone on the floors too. Principal photography has begun on New Line Cinema’s romantic comedy, under the direction of Todd Strauss-Schulson, read a statement.
The film follows the life of a New York City architect, Natalie, who works hard to get noticed at her job, but is more likely to be asked to deliver coffee and bagels than to design the city’s next skyscraper. She has an encounter with a mugger that renders her unconscious, waking to discover that her life has suddenly become her worst nightmare. The plot is quite the kind you’d find in a romcom. Wilson stars as Natalie, alongside Liam Hemsworth as Blake, a handsome client, Adam Devine, as her earnest best friend, Josh, and Priyanka as yoga ambassador, Isabella.
Strauss-Schulson is helming the project with a screenplay by Erin Cardillo, Dana Fox and Katie Silberman, and Paula Pell. The movie’s filming is taking place in and around New York City. The film is set for release on Valentine’s Day, February 14, 2019. It will be distributed worldwide by Warner Bros Pictures, a Warner Bros Entertainment Company. This is Chopra’s third Hollywood project, after A Kid Like Jake. Just yesterday the diva was on the sets with her co-stars, shooting A Kid Like Jake and now she has already moved on to her next venture. We think it’s quite commendable how the West is crazy for Priyanka.
While she plays one of the pivotal characters in Isn’t It Romantic? we did wish to see her get along with Liam. Oh would they make a gorgeous pair! Anyway, hopefully she’ll sign a film where she will romance one of Hollywood’s hotties. Stay tuned to this space for hot scoop and latest updates.
